Slow and steady wins the race, just think of The Tortoise and The Hare - keep up the good work. I'm not a vegetarian or vegan, but do have friends who are and along with soy, tofu and beans they rely on seeds and nuts to get their daily protein.
Hi out there, I am one month in and have been pleased with my results so far. Its slow and steady and makes me think that this is definitely a lifestyle change and not a diet. Need to get more exercise in. I have been using the online videos - but mostly I need to set aside a bit more time for myself to get out there and walk a bit more. Hey Vegans and Vegetarians - how do you find getting the appropriate amount of protein into your day?
