Welcome to the group! It sounds like you've put some thought into this attempt. I am so excited for you!! I am back very recently myself and I am still super pumped as I am already seeing results. Trying to squeeze exercise in daily around my 12 hour night shifts is tricky as is nutrition. I am looking forward to following your journey and picking up tips!
Glad to have you interacting with the gang. The bunch that is active on this team is pretty small right now, but we get a few people who return each month. And the ones that are here are really terrific.
I would rate myself a B- on nutrition right now, as I loose more I will need to refine my nutrition more but I do so much better than I used to do. Exerise I would rate myself a D right now. This is what I am focusing on, personally so feel free to post any inspirations you have so they can inspire me!!
I am one of the co-leaders of the team and we are just finishing up a 10min a day challenge, but we will be posting another so keep in touch!

Hello everyone! I have been a member of SparkPeople for a while, but I was mainly a lurker who read other people's blogs and tried to avoid actually being accountable for anything. I have finally changed my mind set and am looking forward to putting much more effort in to fitness and nutrition and reaching my goals.
