I'm also trying to restart. I lost an exercise streak that was at 78 weeks and a fruit & veggie streak that was at 411 days. I also regained over 5+ pounds of the 21 pounds I had lost. The weight has not come close to coming off but I'm up to 6 weeks exercise & 44 days of new streaks.

Hello everyone. You can call me chunk because thats what I feel like.. This time three years ago I was on my way to my goal weight and had already lost 20 lbs. I was down to 135 but then had some dramatic life events that changed my life for the better. Since then I have been trying to juggle family, work, kids, and the normal Army Wife life of doing everything myself. I have been in and out of different diets and occasionally working out. A couple months ago I joined a curves but then had surgery on my foot, so that is out until mid Nov. I feel really bad because I am back to my starting weight of 160 and feel horrible! It seems like no matter how hard I try to cut back eating, I still gain the weight... Now I am going to try getting started again and keep myself positive! I CAN DO THIS!!
