I am a 50 year old grandma of 4 and it's time for me to break out of the rocking chair and onto the tread mill, I have joined Good Life Fitness and I was looking for help with training in my home as well. I truly believe I have finally found it :) I look forward to shedding the pounds and feeling healtier day by day
