Just keep going! Remember: the less you need to lose, the harder you need to workout. The reason for that, is because your body is used to everything that you have done so far. So, keep going and those last 30 pounds will come off!

I have 30 lbs to loose and it has been a huge struggle. Started SP Jan. 1, lost 10 and gained it back. Now I feel as though I am starting all over again but I am down 4 lbs. I feel motivated again.
