Good for you! It's ok to start slow. I started with just tracking my food and trying to stay within my calorie range. Then I started adding just cardio workouts. My first time on the elliptical I could barely keep it going and lasted only 18 minutes (I was going to do 15, but I found the machine has a 3-5 minute cool down period.) After 5 weeks or so I have just started adding in some of the video workouts. Yes it's hard, but you can do it! Ask for help if you need it. for joining!

It is hard! Staying motivated and on track is a challenge. The nice thing is that you can find others struggling like you (so you are not alone), you can find others to motivate you (when you just can't motivate yourself) and you will find that you have something to share too with others which helps heal the inner us. I love this website!
