Hello, My name is Renaud and I live in Miami. Last year i ran into a co-worker of mine who was obese at one point. When I saw him i could not believe my eyes. He transformed himself into a slim person. I was such in shock when he told me he lost the weight by learning about the food he was eating. I decided to do the same and since May I have lost a total of 30 pounds. I am proud of my work but I have now hit a plateau that is hard to fight off. I decided to get the book "The Spark" as a refresher piece to read. I may have deviated my good habits and I am ready for a new challenge. I am ready to drop another 20-30 pounds and would love to do it with the community. I have joined the gym and I like taking the various classes they have in addition to lifting weights. I am a flight attendant so eating on the road is hard to do but I manage it well since I pack and bring my food. I am ready to start so SHOW ME THE PATH TO SUCCESS AND BETTER HEALTH!
