Hello Everyone! My name is Shelly. I started spark people in June2009. I am learning a lot to help my body and weight loss. I really enjoy this site and all it provides. I am currently working on learning how to eat right and make it work for me as well as the exercising. A lot has happened in my life and some where along the way I lost sight of myself and taking care of myself. I use to be really active but lost that too. I am now working on getting back on track. I've been doing many other exercises but feel I am stuck on a plateau with my weight loss. I know I've lost inches but can't seem to loose when it comes to the scale. I feel the Spark Your body Boot camp will be the extra little nudge I need to help keep me moving so maybe that scale will start showing the results as well. I think this is going to be so exciting and so much fun! Good luck to everyone on their journey!

hello my name is Therese and I joined the bootcamp team because I wanted to make myself more accountable in the New Year. I am doing pretty well right now, I have been doing Spark since the end of Sept/Oct. I have lost weight and have learned the tools to live a healthy life (and since I plan on it being a longer one) there is room for flexability, just not toooooo much. The bootcamp team is sort of my new year new way to stay accountable. namaste

I my name is Susan and joined last June. I do well with the healthier eating part but struggle with the fitness portion. I am hoping this bootcamp will instill some habits I will not want to break. Good luck to all.
My name is Janey Nieboer (NieboerNews.com) and I need to be held accountable to exercise at least 15 mins. a day. I am pretty active as a caregiver; lifting, standing and walking, but this doesn't target the trouble spots that I seem to have, nor is it enough at one time to exercise my heart...I want to do it in the morning too, so my whole schedule will have to change! However...I am ready for some changes...*grin*
oops...I am almost 56, I have 2 children...one in college, and one in HS.
I joined Sparks last year and total lost track of everything, but now I am committed to loosing weight. I am 29 years old with 2 kids, 3 and 6 and getting married in April. I wish everyone good luck!!!!
