Hi everyone! For the last three years, I've been following the weight watchers plan and I've realized moderate success (lost and kept off roughly 35 pounds). However, I've been at a plateau and I'm seeking out new ways to keep me motivated and get my eating in line. I have a wedding to get ready for in January 2011 and I will NOT be a pudgy bride!

This boot camp is exactly what I need. I have been a member at Spark for a while, but I'd really like to utilize the site more and I think this is the ticket.

Can't wait to share in our successes!
