Well this will be my second time doing the 100 day challenge. I did this a few years ago and it's what got me to be consistent in my exercise. I've fallen way out of loop and am restarting. Today's workout will be Day 3 so far. Right now I'm committing to 20 mins of exercise a day. Although the last two workouts have been doubled that. But I didn't want to make it extreme since I've fallen way down on exercise and am basically starting from the beginning. So anything over 20 mins is just a bonus for me! :)
