I wish you were here in Dallas because I am in the same boat...the only difference is that I am forcing myself to go to the gym but once I get in there, I am fine...I would say to start with committing to going at least 2 times a week and then build from there...sometimes you have to fake it until you make it

My name is Erica and I'm 30 years old. I've struggled with my weight since near the end of high school. I've been off and on in the gym and it seems like I just cant maintain my motivation. I recently moved and for some reason I felt on top of the world. I had so much energy, so I decided to get a trainer and sign up with a gym. For the past month I've been completely off track. I haven't worked out, I haven't been eating right. I have no energy to do much of anything. My doctor put my on blood pressure medication 2 weeks ago. I DO NOT want to be on medication, however I cant seem to find the motivation to get back in the gym and lose weight. I really want to and I can see the skinnier me, but it seems as if I just cant get there. I'm hoping there's someone out there in the same boat that can help me.
