I have been with SP for two months. Before joining I began changing what I ate, quit smoking and was doing some exercising. I loss a shoe size, a few inches but not weight. Oh was I frustrated. But not anymore. Now I workout almost everyday, tracking my food, and water, loving SP and enjoying my journey. I have loss some weight, finally know I can continue with this new lifestyle and will reach my goal.
I am glad to be apart of this group.
