Hello everyone, I was a sparkpeople user several years ago, I've been a fitbit user for almost two years (with some really good usage and some non existent usage). Trying to get back on both the good nutrition and the exercise track, and now that I can link the two, I'm hoping I can stay motivated for a while. I know how to do it, the problem is sticking to it!
