Big thing is that you should put the foods you eat on SP and let them sync over to FB and don't put foods on that site.
FB will then sync back your calories burned to SP along with your fitness minutes.
Just do not duplicate.
Also anything manually entered on FB like exercises done without wearing the fb will not be synced over.
