Of course my fitbit is taking the slow way around the country to get here! I can't wait until Friday! I hope by some miracle it arrives on Thursday. I am working at an all day golf tournament on Friday and it is one of those hard to track days.

emoticon Big thing is that you should put the foods you eat on SP and let them sync over to FB and don't put foods on that site.

FB will then sync back your calories burned to SP along with your fitness minutes.

Just do not duplicate.

Also anything manually entered on FB like exercises done without wearing the fb will not be synced over.

read over the other messages, go to the general discussion thread and add on SP friends over there

I ordered my Fitbit back in early May and I just got the notification that it is shipping! Woo HOO!!! I am excited to start using it - I was wondering if anyone had any tips or advice on getting the most out of my fitbit. I ordered the flex wristband and right now I am mostly walking and doing water aerobics....

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
