You really don't need to enter any activities on the FB site. Doing so will increase the number of calories that you are being credited for. The only time that you should enter activities is when you are not wearing your FB. Otherwise please consider doing the following:
You might consider using the RECORDING feature on your FB (if you own the FIT then these instructions do NOT apply). To create a RECORDING hold down the button on your FB until the stopwatch starts and then hold the same button down to stop the stopwatch when you have finished your activity. Once your FB syncs to your FB page then click on the ACTIVITIES tab and you will see a "snapshot" of your completed activity. There you can name it, add notes, and adjust the times.
With regards to entering activity on your SP fitness page, it might be best to do so in the NOTE section at the bottom of the page; otherwise, you will be increasing both your minutes and calories.
