@ DRIEDOUT:

You really don't need to enter any activities on the FB site. Doing so will increase the number of calories that you are being credited for. The only time that you should enter activities is when you are not wearing your FB. Otherwise please consider doing the following:

You might consider using the RECORDING feature on your FB (if you own the FIT then these instructions do NOT apply). To create a RECORDING hold down the button on your FB until the stopwatch starts and then hold the same button down to stop the stopwatch when you have finished your activity. Once your FB syncs to your FB page then click on the ACTIVITIES tab and you will see a "snapshot" of your completed activity. There you can name it, add notes, and adjust the times.

With regards to entering activity on your SP fitness page, it might be best to do so in the NOTE section at the bottom of the page; otherwise, you will be increasing both your minutes and calories.

Thanks Raul, I got about half of that. No sending food to FitBit (I notice it then double enters everything).
I'm not entirely clear as to if I should enter fitness to Spark or FitBit? FitBit seems to have a more comprehensive list of the kind of daily activities that I use to up my movement/fitness. I'm still gym phobic.

Are you using the SEND FOOD TO FITBIT button? If you are, STOP! Let FB and SP sync with each other. They don't need your help.
Also, adding any fitness to your SP Fitness Page will increase the number of minutes and calories. You might consider adding these items to the NOTE section located at the bottom of this page. Not quite sure what you mean by "zero out [your] FB recorder on your SP fitness page?" Please provide more details.

FitBit question -- I keep double adding my food to FitBit, and I'm afraid I may be adding extra exercise (they have a more comprehensive list of for fitness recording), to my SP log.

I also seem to zero out my FB recorder on my SP fitness page.

How am I supposed to work these?
