My name is Rita & I am 53 years old.I have been RETIRED from the U.S.P.S. (after 30 years) in Dec.2008. My weight has been an issue for me since I was a baby my Mom said I wouldn`t walk cause I was so "chunky" my legs would rub together and I would drop down to the floor and cry. Then in high school my gym teacher told me I couldn`t handle the balance beam because I was too "BIG"...went in the locker room and cried. The boys always said "Rita, you have such a pretty face...if you would only lose some weight". I would smile at them,walk away and go home and cry to my mother. Now,at 53 it is not about other people accepting my looks. IT IS ABOUT ME ACCEPTING WHO I AM & THE WOMEN I WANT TO BE!! Today, I am very HAPPY & EXCITED about this adventure of getting HEALTHY.Look forward to my lovely life every day!!

The Fit Bit has been a great added PLUS for me.With everything in our lives it is nice to have a GREAT PLUS.We have less sugars,less starches,less wheat,less white,less carbs,less booze,less candies,less cakes,less,less,less.But,the Fit Bit is a PLUS that I am pleased to have come across. I am excited about going to Spark People and putting in my food and having the Fit Bit tell me whats going on with me.The Fit Bit is AMAZING!
