So bare with me until I figure this site out. I just joined today.
My name is Courtney and I am from Southern, Ontario. I am 28 years old, 5'7 and weigh in at around 172lbs. I am really hoping to lose the 25-30lbs of fat I put on in the last 6 years.
I am not new to logging my food. I come from MyFitnessPal, which in the way of logging food seems much easier, however, for everything else sparkpeople seems to offer, a little planning and I think I will enjoy this site a lot!
