Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Hi there, I'm Trish, 54 years old, living in south Florida with my hubby of 32 years.
I lost 100 pounds with Spark People in 2009-2010, before real life raised its ugly head and sent me into a tailspin. In the past three years I have gained almost 40 pounds back, but have still kept off 60+ pounds. Life has settled into a new normal and it's time to make "me" my priority.
All my previous Spark Friends have also disappeared, so I'm looking to have a group of friends to help keep us all moving forward. I'm struggling at the moment in achieving a balance of time on the computer vs time off the computer.
I'm making baby steps at the moment, laying the foundation of my "weight loss/getting healthier" lifestyle.
