Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? I'm new to the Fitbit after noticing my weight keeps creeping up even though I teach an exercise class 3 times a week and jog at least 1-2 times per week. I decided to get real with how sedentary my lifestyle has gotten after reading an article about not moving enough in the day. I'm now working in an office and noticed the most steps I get in a day is 2,000-3,000. The Fitbit will help me get real and get it together.
