Well, I have had the fitbit 1 for about two wks now. I lost 2.5 lbs. using it! There are still thing like the food plan estimate I don't understand about it. I am 6 ft 3 inches and weight 245 right now. I am walking 10 k most days and using portion control to reduce my weight. Like using fb and it is always with me.
