Welcome to the team. Yes, that is naturally burned calories when you are sleeping. Enjoy your Fitbit. I love my Fitbit One.

I just got my fitbit zip this weekend and am really excited to start using it! I have noticed that it will list calories burned as soon as I wake up in the morning. Is it calculating the calories your body naturally burns to survive? I want to make sure I'm reading it accurately when I take it to zumba with me. Thanks!
Here's to a healthier and happier team!
