once the two syched you should not have to do that again.

the food yo ate will not show up but the calories you atefrom that page sync over

Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much

Ok so i synched the 2 together. But no calories or steps showed up on the fit bit tracker on my fitness page so i pressed the synch fit-bit for today button and it showed up. So if i go to the gym tonight or walk the dogs do i need to press that again and it will juts update stuff from last time I updated? Does that make sense?

also I went to the fit-bit page but my food from sp does not show up but i did do the meal planning thing and it said I could have about 400 more calories for today like there is some food logged ....but i just cant see it ....

When you enter your food on SP and your Fitbit syncs information here, it also reverses and takes your information from here there. So you do not have to sync., it's all done for you

This link should get you to the page of instructions. Or you can search the Sparkpeople site for Fitbit for all sorts of Fitbit related things.

I log my food on Sparkpeople (using their app) and let it sync to Fitbit. I have an Android app for the Fitbit too, so I don't spend a lot of time on the site itself. But I do like some of the graphs and info like the one that shows your activities during the day! It's really interesting to see where the activity spikes are.

Most log in the food here on SP instead of logging on fit bit since the calories here sync over to there if you log in both places you are going to get a double calorie intake

Ok so I created my fit-bit site and was wondering if I start logging my food there if it shows you when you are gonna lose a lbs of weight between the fitness calories burned and food calories consumed....

what are people thoughts on the fitbit site?

are you using sp and fitbit?

any info on the fit bit site would be great!!!
