Welcome! I love my fitbit, have been using it since October and it's a great visual motivator. I bought one for my husband too and it's got him walking 4-5 miles a day now. Our dog has never been happier.. one night a week they do 8 miles.... I have not missed a single school day walking on my planning period since I got it.. only a mile and a half on those walks, but it's made a huge difference in my mood and shape.

Hi I am new to Spark as well as fairly new to fitbit. I started using my fitbit one about 2 weeks ago. Love the tracking and the visibility of what I am doing. The iphone app is definitely my friend. Probably the most used app on my phone these days. My goals are twofold: 1) lose 25 pounds 2) prepare to participate in a Tough Mudder on June 2.
