I am not sure if I introduced myself to the team before or not so will do it now. Forgive me if I'm repeating myself. lol!
I am Canadian, my home is in a town not far from Calgary, AB. I live there for 6 months in the summertime and live in my home in Auburndale FL in the wintertime. I had joined Spark People before & I know it works. I don't remember what happened that I didn't continue. Anyways, I joined it again 6 weeks or so ago and plan on sticking with it this time! I want to continue on maintenance when I do reach my goal weight so that I don't fall back into bad habits and gain everything back!
I am still pretty dormant when it comes to physical exercise but have a FitBit Zip now, printed off some exercises, and plan on getting into some kind of a daily exercise routine. Right now I am working towards getting up to my 10000 Steps a day. Not there yet but getting there!
I really appreciate any pointers I receive from other Sparkys on most things. I love this site and have never seen anything better.
