My husband and I both got fitbits for Christmas, we find ourselves pushing to be a lot more active and we are competitive too. He really didn't want one now he recommends it to all his couch potato friends.

I've had mine less than a week and love it, too. I was telling Mom about it and she was intrigued. She said she wanted one and since we were already out, we swung by Target and she got one.

So far I've managed to avoid leaving it at home, but yes I'd feel lost without it!

Anyone leave theirs behind? I do really well making sure to always have it on, but somehow I forgot to take it off an article of clothing and I left it at home today. I sure feel lost! ;(
I'm positive I can do this I'm positive I'm making progress I'm positive because I'm sure of myself I'm positive because I have a goal! I'm positive because I know where I am going I'm positive I'll get there.

Love mine too! Keeps me motivated and moving always. I've had mine for 1.5 weeks and I can tell what a huge difference it is making in me and my awareness of how much I do.

Jennifer I love my fitbit also. It is so much a part of me now
Everybody tells me that they would love to knit, but they don't have time. I look at people's lives and I can see opportunity and time for knitting all over the place. The time spent riding the bus each day? That's a pair of socks over a month. Waiting in line? Mittens. Watching TV? Buckets of wasted time that could be an exquisite lace shawl. ~Stephanie Pearl-McPhee, At Knit's End: Meditations for Women Who Knit Too Much
