I'm using Windows on my work computer. I think you're probably right, it could be the system here. It's an old computer and it does get balky on me. I call it "Sluggo!" I keep doing the set up and get the same result. I'll try my home computer but it's so convenient to sit here at work and track my fitness!
Well, funny you should ask! The tork part is a play on torque and the wench is a play on wrench. My brother has forever told me when I get irritated about something, "Don't get torqued, wench!" In time it became a nick name that has not gone away with the years. The 13 is just my favorite number. That's all there is to it!
Thank you Rockman6797! I tried again this morning and I've done all the steps correctly, but I do not get the screen that has the zip files in it. I just keep getting the no internet connection sign. Thanks for your welcoming and encouraging words! I still haven't synced my fitbit one because I don't seem to be able to get my account set-up. Here's the problem: I plug everything in as directed and then Idownload the program. But the message in the window says that it can't find an internet connection. I don't get it! Has anyone else had this problem?
