I got mine yesterday. Today is my first day wearing it emoticon

Wore it last night as well so I could see my sleep pattern. Interesting info. Even if just a pedometer, it's encouraging me to keep walking!

The FB is a major reason for my success so if it is a "glorified" pedometer then more power to it! BTW, I love your description Paul! LOL

Welcome to the Fitbit club! In some respects, guess it IS just a glorIfIed pedometer. But it can do so much more.

I like the fact that its syncs back to a website so that I can get a nice graph of my activity for the day. It Is very soberIng to see how much tIme I spend doIng nothIng (sedentary) versus the time I spend in either light activity or working out. The Fitbit also counts the flights of stairs you climb each day.

The SparkPeople website syncs with the Fitbit website so you have all of your nutritional information and your activity in both places. Try it out for a week and see what you think.

She(WMBO) came in with some bags and in them was the Aria scale and two FitBit Ones.

So if this thing any more than a glorified pedometer?
