Wow... I think it's wonderful that FitBit and SparkPeople link together! I was getting a little frustrated with FitBit's food logging and wishing I could move the SP stuff over there - and then lo-and-behold, when I signed into SP, there it was!!!!
I'm 50 years old and years of sedentary work has put the pounds on me! I have almost 100 lbs to lose and my SIL told me I should get a FitBit to help motivate me. It does.
One of the interesting things I've noticed is that I wake up a lot at night. That might account for how tired I feel so much of the time - like I'm not rested. My best night was waking up 6 times and my worst was 23. Based on that information alone, I'm thinking I might do a sleep study in the near future.
Anyone else have sleep issues like that?
