i am with robbin... the n ight i use my cpap i wake up very little.. mostly for bathroom.. its different the nights or days i sleep in recliner.. i seem to wake up more... but i do like that feature..

I love the FitBit too. I actually bought it from seeing it here on SP. As far as the sleep interruptions go, I used to wake up throughout the night too. I had a sleep study done and they found I have sleep apnea. Now I wear a CPAP machine at night and sleep like a baby. Losing weight will help the condition.

If you do what you always do, you will get what you always get. To get something different you have to do what you never did.

You took the words right out of my mouth. I find it much easier to track my food on SP than on the Fitbit sight. So, I synched up...and low and behold it transfers over.

I think I love my Fitbit more every day!

Wow... I think it's wonderful that FitBit and SparkPeople link together! I was getting a little frustrated with FitBit's food logging and wishing I could move the SP stuff over there - and then lo-and-behold, when I signed into SP, there it was!!!!

I'm 50 years old and years of sedentary work has put the pounds on me! I have almost 100 lbs to lose and my SIL told me I should get a FitBit to help motivate me. It does.

One of the interesting things I've noticed is that I wake up a lot at night. That might account for how tired I feel so much of the time - like I'm not rested. My best night was waking up 6 times and my worst was 23. Based on that information alone, I'm thinking I might do a sleep study in the near future.

Anyone else have sleep issues like that?
