emoticon to the team. I walk during my 2-15 minute breaks and lunch break, then never sit down after I get home from work. I walk in place and around the house in the evenings while watching TV.

you will love it. park further away than normal and get those extra steps in each day and if you building has steps, use some of them rather than the elevator

Just got my Fitbit Zip in the mail yesterday and set it up last night which was a breeze. I usually exercise in the morning, go to work and then sit at my desk for most of the day. I'm looking for something to challenge me to stay active and I'm hoping this is it!!
