The only thing I want to caution you about if you're actually paying attention to the food entries on FB is that modifications to what you have already logged on SP don't sync.
For example, I decided to eat half an apple instead of a whole apple, but I already logged a whole apple in SP, which has synced to FB.
Scenario one: I can update the apple entry on SP and click the button at the bottom of the page to sync my foods to FB. This actually causes a HUGE MESS because everything I've logged in SP ends up duplicated on FB.
Scenario two: I can delete the entry for a whole apple on SP and make a new entry for half an apple. Then I have to go to FB and delete the food entry for a whole apple. Annoying, but that's a lot easier than deleting lots of duplicates from the whole day!
At least, this is how it works for me. If anyone has any other experiences or a better way to do this, please speak up! :)
