I would love that too, unfortunatly it doesn't exist, they do have Garmin watches that counts laps etc but it's pricey and only counts just that: laps and cal burned when in the pool

I started out top weight 245 but that was when I actually got on a scale. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia almost 20 years ago. Over the years I've learned that I do so much better when I eat organic foods and I haven't eaten red meat in years I have been gradually working more raw foods, vegetables and fruit into my diet. I avoid drive through resturants like the plague.

I'm a bit frustrated bc since the weather is warm I'm doing Swimming Pool Workouts. My Fitbit is not waterproof so I'm not getting any of those steps counted when I sync my Fitbit with Spark People.

The workout is pretty strenuous and takes about 50 minutes. It includes jogging, knee lifts, flutter kicks, otter rolls, treading water with pike legs, v-seats, etc.

I haven't had my fitbit on for several days, now. I miss it when I leave it behind - time to "reconnect" Have a great day all, Pat

I had 29442 for yesterday and am off work this afternoon and hoping to make up for all the meetings this week. I will be trying to get in some serious numbers on my 3 day weekend.

Yes, the competitiveness definetly helps keep us moving.
