Hi, I wish I were that close to a coop. I have to rely on my sometimes inadequate gardening skills. :)

How nice to find like-minded eaters on Spark! I love to garden/grow food, and try to make the most ethical/healthy food buying choices I can. We're walking/biking distance from our food coop, which is great. Always looking for new ideas for cooking with seasonal food.
