Joined this team not only for myself but for my Mother, we have Polycystic Kidney Disease with liver involvement. I"ve know since I was 21 that I had PKD but now that I am approaching 40 my labs are really starting to throw wonky numbers and an facing the fact I need to step up and do some lifestyle changes necessary to slow the progression and preserve my kidney function Running at GFR of 45 right now. My mom is gearing up for peritoneal dialysis as she's running at GFR 10. Wanted to say hi! and looking forward to being part of this group!
