to our team!!
We have many articles on what to eat for healthy kidneys.
I repost many of these articles - these start with RP: in our informational forum..
The top three articles in the forum currently on a Kidney friendly diet.
I am also in Stage 3 ckd, but have maintained my kidney disease with stage 1 readings by following a dialysis diet (may not work for everyone but does for me), drinking water 99.9% of the day with the exception of 1/2 cup of milk with cereal (0 fat) and one glass of cranberry juice with dinner (any variety except raspberry - raspberries chrystalize in a diseased kidney).
Please let me know if you need help or support. We have a wonderful team of caring members.. who are either CKD patients or donors, or transplant recipients.
Best of luck on your journey to healthier kidneys and a healthier you!
