I searched Spark People and found the above. Spark also has the How to use the nutrition tracker on U-Tube, so you might search that.

Welcome Cheryl! I can only echo what everyone else has said. Stage 3. Diet and exercise. Some days are better than others. And I'm afraid I don't know of a portable tracker either, other than the mobile SparkPeople app.

Glad to have you with us.

I am also in stage 3. I try to control it with diet and exercise. Sometimes I stray off the path but soon get right back on target. Glad to see you on the team. This is a great site and I think you will like it.

Hi Cheryl, Welcome to our mighty team, Loving Our Kidneys. I'm so sorry to hear about all your medical problems. How do you keep up with all of them?
I also am in 3rd stage CKD. I was diagnosed 3 years ago july. I sure have learned a lot about this disease since then.
I do not know of any device to keep track of our food etc. i have check every where, Amazon has some electronic nutrition devices but none of them give your Phosphorus intake. You would think the Kidney Foundation would have such a device, but i have not heard of any.
Please post and tell us about your self. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Welcome Cheryl!
Wow! You have a lot to deal with. Glad you have joined our team!
Click start on the top left of the page ( Trackers, then move your mouse to start) after you have done this and are on your start page, in the right hand upper corner you will find a link - How to use this site.

I do not know of an electronic nutritional tracker, but maybe one of our team mates do!
We are small but a great team who tries to help each other.

I am also in stage 3. I maintain normal readings with nutrition and exercise.

Welcome again.

I'm new and the only thing that keeps me from being overwelmed is God's Grace. I have a laundry list of medical issues, the major ones are Diastolic Congestive Heart Failure, AFIB, HTN, controlled diabetes, Macular Degeneration and the newest stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease. I am not sure how to use all of the features of this site, but it seems to be awsome. I will appreciate any information shared with me. I do not have a phone with internet options, does any one know of a reasonable electronic nutrition jouranal tracker. THANKS FOR BEING HERE, Cheryl
