Congratulations to you, too, and welcome! I also have thyroid issues but with meds, things have been great (up until a month ago. Time for a med change I think). Wishing you much success with school and you upcoming wedding and marriage!

I'm marrying my high-school sweetheart of 8 years on 8-27-11. I'm still working to lose wight caused by a low thyroid. I'm returning this month to school which thyroid problems caused me to leave and I'm ready to have this all be a new leaf in my life. Losing some of the thyroid weight for the wedding would be great, but mostly I want to be fit enough to dance the night away and enjoy our nature park setting. We started at a gym two months ago and I'm ready to hit hard!

I'm so happy to meet all of you that are starting such a joyous part of your lives - congratulations everyone!
