Hi! I live in Port St. John. I'm trying to get back in the grove of regular exercising and eating right. Several years ago I lost 40 lbs. doing Weight Watchers but then hurt my feet (plantar faciitis) and stopped exercising and went back to eating all the wrong things...gained the weight back. Eager to lose it so I can get back into those smaller clothes again!

emoticon Thought I'd better introduce myself, for those that don't know me.
I'm Vicki and I live in Titusville,Florida.
I'm working towards making the healthiest choices I can when it comes to taking care of myself.
I want to make exercise a top priority as I have a couple of health issues that exercise would improve. Also it would definately give me more energy.
I am basically trying to keep all my nutritional numbers within a set goal I think will work for me. It's not strictly any one specific program. If I had to push it, I'd be more inclined to say it's a lower carb plan.
I'm working to lose about 100 lbs but have no set time to lose it in. I'd love to lose it over the next couple of years, but I tend to be a very slow loser. So I'll take it one pound at a time.

Hello! I live in Titusville too. I have been a member of SP since 2007 and lost a lot of weight but a lot of stuff happened (good and bad) and I gained it all back. I have finally found myself again and am working on getting healthy and staying this way for good. I feel as though I am really ready to take care of myself again. I love SP and appreciate all the support I receive. I moved here about 3 years ago from South Dakota. It has been a hard adjustment for me, but I do love it!

I'm Vicki, 54, and over the past 30 years I've lost over 100 lbs, kept it off for over 16 years, then over the course of the last 14 years I've struggled to maintain, then to relose 90 lbs I gained over the last 5 years. Menopause played a big part in me gaining the weight plus a bad bike accident that made exercise next to impossible for months. The inactivity plus falling back into bad eating habits helped me to be 90 lbs heavier than I want to be.

I'm working on making healthier food choices and getting in some exercise daily, even if it's only 10-15 minutes a day. I figure over time I'll add more exercise as I become more limber.

Right now my goal is to just get below 200 lbs. My ultimate goal is 185 lbs.
