One of the best features of Spark is the Nutrition Tracker. By listing all the food I eat each day, I can tell what my problem areas are. I never would have believed I was eating so much if I didn't see the tally. I am working on cutting portion sizes, decreasing carbs, and increasing protein.
The articles on nutrition, exercise, and motivation have taught me a lot. The blogs that people write about their own weight loss journeys make fascinating reading.
