Hi All,

I am new to this group. I am finding that I have a hard time being motivated to exercise and I am hoping this will help. No one else in my family exercises with me right now. Usually, I walk with my husband in the neighborhood but since I'm recovering from a stress fracture, I am limited. My doctor has me limited to 30 minutes per hour walking or standing. No treadmills or anything until I am pain free. Had a shot in my foot today. One last week also. Doctor says in 2 weeks I should be back to normal. I don't know. I'm skeptical. Last week, he said I should be back to normal in one week. I'm trying to find alternate exercises to do. Pilates is working pretty well right now.

Hello all!

I'm relatively new to SP (since March) and have been looking for more team support...so here I am!

I am going through a lot of stress at home and need to be very mindful of my health...mind - body - and soul.

I look forward to being a part of the team and hope I can give as much support as I receive.
