I am new to this group. I am finding that I have a hard time being motivated to exercise and I am hoping this will help. No one else in my family exercises with me right now. Usually, I walk with my husband in the neighborhood but since I'm recovering from a stress fracture, I am limited. My doctor has me limited to 30 minutes per hour walking or standing. No treadmills or anything until I am pain free. Had a shot in my foot today. One last week also. Doctor says in 2 weeks I should be back to normal. I don't know. I'm skeptical. Last week, he said I should be back to normal in one week. I'm trying to find alternate exercises to do. Pilates is working pretty well right now.
