I struggle with food as well cause its such a social thing, plus I can't always determine how many calories are in the foods I eat. What works for me is to plan ahead for the day and eat what I've planned and nothing else. But I don't get it right too often. Sorry I can't be more help.

Hi my name is Nickie and I've been here for about 9 months now, my fitness levels have improved dramatically but my food intake is sometimes a LITTLE HIGH. I've lost about 20 lbs from my highest point in my journey when I peaked at 254 in July. I have a very supportive boyfriend and son who try to help me make good decisions every day ( even when I don't want to). I have 1 dog, 3 cats, & a bearded dragon. I work full time and run my own business with my boyfriend so we're always busy. I've really kicked up my dedication to Spark in the past 2 months with out missing log in like 3 days out of 50 ( maybe off not sure) I am normally drinking 8 glasses of water and hitting 180 minutes of fitness a week but my calorie range still sits closer to 2000 a day. Looking for help and motivation and new friends and maybe an accountablility bouddy :) Nice to meet everyone :)
