Hello and WELCOME to you! I really enjoy getting on Spark most days and the 10,000 step/day team is very motivating to me. I find that walking so much helps me cope with the stress in my life, which is a lot right now. I hope you find something that works for you, too. There is a lot on Spark to get involved in, and good recipes too!

HELLO ALL, I AM THE MOTHER OF 4 AND 1YR OLD GIRLS. I AM 41 SOON TO BE 42 AND I AM TIRED OF BEING TIRED. I AM NOW 1 POUND OVER MY HIGH SCHOOL WEIGHT WHICH IS 186 LBS. HOW DID I GET HERE, WHEN I DIDN'T WEIGH THIS MUCH WHEN I WAS PREGNANT WITH MY DAUGHTERS. I GUESS UNEMPLOYMENT, A BREAK UP WITH THE GIRLS DAD AND JUST TRYING TO MAINTAIN IS THE CONTRIBUTING FACTOR. NO MORE "THE TIME IS NOW." I AM EXCITED AND READY TO ACHIEVE MY GOAL.
