Hi and welcome to the team. Take some baby steps. Make yourself some mini goals. I think that when you start eating healthier and within your calorie limits you will begin to feel better even before you lose the first 50. That will motivate you to keep going. You can do this!! Best of luck.

I am new here. Have to loose a good 50 lbs to start feeling heatlhy and another 50 to go down to my healthy weight.
