Good for you for drinking your water and doing positive things for yourself. I know that I feel much better when I am eating well and staying away from the junk food. I find that stuff so sneaky. It feels so good going in, but then it doesn't feel so good in my body later on. So happy to have you around.

Good morning, I'm still new here but I keep coming back so I hope this wonderful run of inspiration continues. I just want to keep going and build on the success I already feel. Yesterday was the first day I drank 8 glasses of water! Really. Seems kinda silly, but I haven't been doing this. I've noticed this week as I've cut out all the uneccessary food items that I feel better....no heartburn in the middle of the night, nothing but feeling good.....I really like it. Today is a another day to do the best things for me.
If not now, when?
