Hi and welcome to the team and to SP. I couldn't say it better than DEEEBEE. Play around on the site for awhile so you get an idea of all the good motivational tools here. Also, I agree, to start tracking your food. I've been here since April and I still track almost religiously. It will take me awhile to get used to what is an appropriate amount of food for me. Hello, MetalMama! WELCOME! We're glad you're joining us, and I know that SP can help you meet your weight loss goals. There is SO MUCH on this site. Use the Nutrition Tracker for a while to get a handle on your food intake. (Was I surprised!) The Fitness Tracker is a great tool, too. Before you know it, you'll be adding friends and having fun and making progress in your weight loss!
Hello everyone!! I am not good at introductions so I am just keep it simple. I need to lose weight and get healthy just like everyone else I would guess that has joined this site. I would love to find friends to motivate me and that I can return the favor to.
