Hi and welcome to the team and to SP. I couldn't say it better than DEEEBEE. Play around on the site for awhile so you get an idea of all the good motivational tools here. Also, I agree, to start tracking your food. I've been here since April and I still track almost religiously. It will take me awhile to get used to what is an appropriate amount of food for me.
