I to had gotten down to 199 years ago while training for my marathon. Then I injured my knee and stopped running and got lazy. I went back to my bad eating habits and gained most of the weight back.
A week ago I joined weight watchers, and I think I found the solution. I needed the accountability. I actually think about what I am eating. I lost 4.4 pounds the first week and that has really helped me make better choices this week.
