I wish you success in your journey. You can't think of this as being a diet. In order to succeed, you need a lifestyle change. Cause once you go back to your old ways, the weight will come back.

I to had gotten down to 199 years ago while training for my marathon. Then I injured my knee and stopped running and got lazy. I went back to my bad eating habits and gained most of the weight back.

A week ago I joined weight watchers, and I think I found the solution. I needed the accountability. I actually think about what I am eating. I lost 4.4 pounds the first week and that has really helped me make better choices this week.

Hello everyone. I'm a little nervous about all this. I should start off by saying i used to weigh 270, had lap band surgery and got down to 170, stalled there for a while, and have gained back 16 pounds. i realized at that moment that i needed something different in my life, something to motivate and help me. healthy eating and proper exercise is what i need to get myself back on track and to maintain. I need to be healthier for me first and foremost, then for my family. my biggest concern at this moment is that i lack faith in myself, i have tried and failed at so many weight loss programs. I need to do this, i need to get myself active and healthy, I need faith and motivation
