To get you fast started, try using the trackers for Nutrition and Fitness. They are very helpful.
Small steps in the right direction...sounds like you already have a lot on your plate...so don't overwhelm yourself..

Hi and welcome to the team. For me I think it is the right combination between being active and decreasing the amount of calories I used to eat. I am still juggling it. I don't think that there needs to be huge changes to make big differences. Good luck with everything, and I think loving your life is half the battle. Good for you.

I actually don't remember if I already posted my intro in here, but I'll do it anyway, just in case, lol. I love my life! I have a beautiful 1 yr old little boy, a loving and supportive man. I work almost 40 hrs a wk and am enrolled in college. They only thing I don't seem to have is the ability to see my toes any more :-( I don't like having to huff and puff to play with my little ball of energy. I joined Spark before and now I'm back to make it a full time commitment. I would greatly appreciate all the help and positive thinking I could get.
