I have done 3 things that have helped me. www.sozolife.com/yourlife

I drink IGNITE, all natural with 14 veggies in it an energy drink ( this got me off soda)

I drink Sozo 3 oz a day, has 21 veggies in it cause veggies and fruit high in carbs

I also drink the Sozo coffee equal to same antioxidants as a cup of blueberries

So I get my veggies every day with out going over my carbs

Wow....your blood sugar must have been out of control. I am so proud of you for getting it down. What are you doing? I've basically come to the decision that chicken or turkey, fruits, vegetables are in my future. My toughest job will be to cut out the pop....I love Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi!!!

Hi, Jaime...I'm Terry - I'm 5 foot and weigh 235 at this moment. I am really having a tough time exercising. Maybe between the two of us we can work on the healthy eating and you can help me with the exercise!!!

We all get frustrated with our weight. I think me more than anyone. I put my mind to it but nothing sometimes. A pound here a pound there. It will happen. I have diabetes to I drink 3 oz of sozo everyday ( it gives me 21 veggies a day in 3 oz) and that has helped my diabetes to come down I used to be at over 800. www.sozolife.com/yourlife ,

I am 31 years old and have high blood pressure and Diabetes as of last year. I am only 5'1 and weigh 222. I am excersizing more than ever. usually at least 3 times a week and watching what I eat, but am not losing any. Getting very dissppointed.
