I also follow Chris Powells Carb cycle..I saw him on the Dr oz show and bought hie Choose to lose book and it is a great plan to follow..I am shrinking lol
Hi everyone. I lost 40 lbs about 5 years ago and now have put back on about 20 lbs and am trying to lose them. I am 63 years old but am in great shape or so I think. I work with a trainer 2 days a week lifting weights, play tennis couple of times a week and do some type of cardio everyday for about 30-45 minutes. Still nothing comes off. My trainer says it is all what you eat and granted I am not real strict when it comes to eating but not real bad either. I have considered fat burners to boost my metabolism but they kinda scare me. I am not a good eater when it comes to fruit and vegetables so about the only diet that I feel I might be able to stay on is some form of Adkins where the emphasis is on protein. My main problem is I love to eat and especially love sweets-anything with chocolate. Know there isnt a magic pill that I can take but just feel that I am missing something that might help. Any Ideas?
