Hello. I think you've come to the right place. If your serious about losing weight- You have to lose the soda. Go get yourself a case of vitamin water or Fuze slenderize. They are great, taste sweet and zero or very little calories. You want to look and feel better, you have to make sacrifices up front. Up front and forever. Later, it's just the way you roll and you look back and wonder why you ever lived like that. I think that posting your food here or on another site is the best thing that you can do starting out.

Hi! My name is Destinee, I am 29 and overweight. I have 4 kids and I am a stay at home mom. I currently weigh 197 lbs. and would like to eventually get down to 135 lbs. I would love any words of encouragement or tips to help me get started and stay on track. My biggest weaknesses are eating out of boredom and drinking too much soda!
