HELLO! :) My name is Reggie. I'm a mom of three and have been stuck the the 130-150's for YEARS!!! I'm so frustrated. I have no patience with results so I never stick to an exercise plan. I eat more... when I try not to eat more. I just can't seem to get into the 120's. I would be estatic to be 120 anything. I can't seem to stick with any plan.
I want to do something I can keep up forever. Not to knock Weight Watchers because I KNOW it works.. but I can't count points for the rest of my life... I have more important things to worry about.
I am new to spark so would LOVE to meet some motivational buddies. People that can keep me on track and I can kind of check in with. My hubby works construction and has 0.0% body fat. Great for me to look at... not so great for me when I'm looking at ME! I'm so tired of feeling BLAH. I want to feel and look WOW. My goal is to be SUPER FIT, not skinny. I want to look like one of the girls on the FIT magazines (well I want to try lol) Any motivation, advice, well anything would be great. Nice to meet everyone :)
