Reggie, Welcome to the team! I totally get what you are saying when you say 20 pounds is not easy to lose. One thing my boss always says is Consistency, consistency, consistency is what our team needs. That's exactly what we need to drop these 20 pounds. Nothing in life comes easy and everything takes work. I'm glad that you have chosen us to be a part of your support group. HELLO! :) My name is Reggie. I'm a mom of three and have been stuck the the 130-150's for YEARS!!! I'm so frustrated. I have no patience with results so I never stick to an exercise plan. I eat more... when I try not to eat more. I just can't seem to get into the 120's. I would be estatic to be 120 anything. I can't seem to stick with any plan. I want to do something I can keep up forever. Not to knock Weight Watchers because I KNOW it works.. but I can't count points for the rest of my life... I have more important things to worry about.
I am new to spark so would LOVE to meet some motivational buddies. People that can keep me on track and I can kind of check in with. My hubby works construction and has 0.0% body fat. Great for me to look at... not so great for me when I'm looking at ME! I'm so tired of feeling BLAH. I want to feel and look WOW. My goal is to be SUPER FIT, not skinny. I want to look like one of the girls on the FIT magazines (well I want to try lol) Any motivation, advice, well anything would be great. Nice to meet everyone :)
